END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Ivan Miletić (“Licensor”), the creator of the Excel add-in Swift XL Add-in (“Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. LICENSE TYPES
There are two versions of the Software:
Free Version - You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or internal business use, free of charge. This version includes a majority of the features and functionality.
Paid Version - Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the full version of the Software, including additional features, on a per-user or per-device basis, as specified at the time of purchase.
You may not use the Free Version to avoid paying for access to the Paid Version when such access is required.
2. LICENSE KEY USE
The Paid Version requires a license key to unlock full functionality. License keys are intended for individual use and must not be shared, redistributed, or reused beyond what was specified at the time of purchase. Unauthorized sharing or use of license keys may result in termination of your license and access.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with the Licensor.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Software to third parties. remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
5. UPDATES
Updates may be provided at the discretion of the Licensor. Access to updates may differ between Free and Paid versions.
6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting all copies of the Software. This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upontermination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and license keys.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. You assume all risks associated with using the Software.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
9. REFUND POLICY
Due to the availability of a free version that includes the majority of the functionality, all purchases are non-refundable. Users are encouraged to evaluate the Free Version prior to purchase.
10. SUPPORT

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings
UGOVOR O LICENCI ZA KRAJNJEG KORISNIKA (EULA)
VAŽNO - PAŽLJIVO PROČITAJTE: Ovaj Ugovor o licenci za krajnjeg korisnika („Ugovor“) je pravno obavezujući ugovor između vas (pojedinca ili pravnog lica) i Ivana Miletića ("Autor"), autora dodatka za Excel pod nazivom Swift XL Add-in („Softver“). Instaliranjem, kopiranjem ili korišćenjem Softvera, slažete se sa uslovima ovog Ugovora. Ako se ne slažete sa uslovima, nemojte instalirati ili koristiti Softver.
1. TIPOVI LICENCE
Postoje dve verzije Softvera:
Besplatna verzija - Dobijate neisključivu, neprenosivu licencu za korišćenje Softvera u lične ili interne poslovne svrhe, bez naknade. Ova verzija sadrži većinu funkcionalnosti.
Plaćena verzija - Nakon kupovine, dobijate neisključivu, neprenosivu licencu za korišćenje pune verzije Softvera sa dodatnim funkcijama, po principu po korisniku ili po uređaju, kako je definisano u trenutku kupovine.
Nije dozvoljeno koristiti besplatnu verziju kako bi se izbegla kupovina funkcionalnosti koje zahteva plaćena verzija.
2. UPOTREBA LICENCNOG KLJUČA
Plaćena verzija zahteva unos licencnog ključa za otključavanje pune funkcionalnosti. Licencni ključevi su namenjeni za ličnu upotrebu i ne smeju se deliti, redistribuirati niti koristiti suprotno dogovorenim uslovima. Neovlašćeno deljenje može dovesti do ukidanja pristupa.
3. VLASNIŠTVO
Softver se licencira, a ne prodaje. Sva prava, vlasništvo i interes u vezi sa Softverom ostaju u vlasništvu Autora.
4. OGRANIČENJA
Nije dozvoljeno: Obrnuto inženjerstvo, dekompilacija, rastavljanje ili modifikacija Softvera, prodaja, izdavanje podlicence, iznajmljivanje ili redistribucija Softvera, uklanjanje ili izmena oznaka autorskih prava ili zaštitnih znakova.
5. AŽURIRANJA
Ažuriranja se mogu pružiti po diskrecionoj odluci Autora. Pristup ažuriranjima može se razlikovati između besplatne i plaćene verzije.
6. PREKID UGOVORA
Ova licenca ostaje na snazi dok se ne raskine. Možete je raskinuti u bilo kom trenutku brisanjem svih kopija Softvera. Ovaj Ugovor će se automatski raskinuti ukoliko prekršite neki od njegovih uslova. Nakon raskida, morate uništiti sve kopije Softvera i licencne ključeve.
7. ODRICANJE OD GARANCIJE
Softver se isporučuje „TAKAV KAKAV JESTE“, bez bilo kakve garancije, izričite ili podrazumevane, uključujući ali ne ograničavajući se na podobnost za određenu svrhu ili prodajnu pogodnost. Korišćenje Softvera je na sopstveni rizik korisnika.
8. OGRANIČENJE ODGOVORNOSTI
Ni u kom slučaju Autor neće biti odgovoran za bilo kakvu štetu (uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na gubitak profita, prekid poslovanja, gubitak podataka) koja proizlazi iz upotrebe ili nemogućnosti korišćenja Softvera.
9. POLITIKA POVRAĆAJA NOVCA
Zbog dostupnosti besplatne verzije koja sadrži većinu funkcionalnosti, kupovina je konačna i nepovratna. Korisnicima se savetuje da isprobaju besplatnu verziju pre kupovine.
10. PODRŠKA

11. PRIMENJIVO PRAVO
Ovaj Ugovor se tumači u skladu sa zakonima Republike Srbije, bez primene pravila o sukobu zakona.
12. CELOKUPAN UGOVOR
Ovaj Ugovor predstavlja celokupan sporazum između vas i Autora u vezi sa Softverom i zamenjuje sve prethodne dogovore.
13. JEZIČKA NAPOMENA
Ovaj Ugovor je preveden radi lakšeg razumevanja. U slučaju bilo kakvog neslaganja, engleska verzija ima prednost. Korišćenjem ili instaliranjem Swift XL Add-in, potvrđujete da ste pročitali i razumeli uslove ovog Ugovora i da se sa njima slažete
